Purchased this lock and had a little difficulty adding codes. Spoke with Imaan with customer service and she walked me through the set up process perfectly. She took her time and explained and helped me set up codes fingerprint and wifi. Now this lock works fantastic. I highly recommend this lock to others.

Fantastic purchase

Purchased this lock and configuration was perfect. But I did have problems setting up. However, after I spoke with Imaan from customer service and she walked me through the setup process ,it now works fantastic. This product works really well especially as ypu have different access points ,card access,pin number,fingerprint and of course the app. It also will notify you when someone has gained access. I definitely recommend this lock. And I highly recommend if you are having difficulty, contact Imaan as she definitely helped me and took the time to set up everything with me.
