Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We use UPS and FedEx for all shipments. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Continental USA & Canada: 2-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping/ Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico : Calculated at checkout

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, usually same business day if the order was placed before 11 AM CST

Free Shipping 

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $300.

  • Shipping for orders under $300 are $19.99. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products and accept returns within 30 days (if the product has not been installed). However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation by customer

  • Physical damage due to misuse
