5. Do I need Wi-Fi for it to work?Some smart locks need Wi-Fi for full remote access, but most work offline with fingerprint, PIN, or Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is only needed for features like app notifications or remote unlocking.

12. What happens if the lock malfunctions?You can still access it with a backup key, and our customer support is always ready to assist. Most issues are easily resolved.

Can this lock be hacked?Currently, smart locks have implemented corresponding measures to counteract hacking, such as adding electromagnetic shielding layers to enhance the lock's resistance to electromagnetic interference. We are also continuously working to improve and enhance the security of our products.
Power & Battery Questions

1. How is the smart lock powered?Most smart locks run on AA batteries or rechargeable lithium batteries.

2. How long does the battery last?Typically 6–12 months, depending on usage frequency and the type of model.

3. What happens if the battery dies?
Every lock features an emergency power port on the front. If the battery runs out, it can be temporarily powered using a power bank and the included charging cable.
Please note that the lock will alert you when the battery is running low giving you ample time to recharge before it shuts down completely.
However, in case you're unable to charge it in time, each lock also comes with two mechanical keys for emergency access. We recommend always keeping these keys with you for peace of mind.
The lock will remain secured until one of the above methods is used—it will not automatically unlock if the battery dies.

4. Will I be notified when the battery is low?Yes, you’ll get early warnings via the lock’s screen, app notifications, or audio alerts.

1. Is there a mobile app to control the lock?Yes! The app allows you to lock and unlock the door, manage users, check access logs, and receive real-time alerts. Most of our locks are compatible with the Tuya and TTLock apps for seamless control and operation.

2. What can I do on the app?Users can be added or removed, one-time access codes can be generated, remote unlocking is available, and access history can be viewed. For locks with facial recognition, entry and exit logs are recorded and accessible via the app.

3. Is the app available on both Android and iOS?Yes, the application is available on both systems and can be downloaded at no cost.

4. Do I need to pay for the app?No, the application is free of charge.

5. Can I control the lock from another city or country?Yes, with Wi-Fi or a gateway connection, you can control it from anywhere.

5. Does it work on double doors or sliding doors?We offer specific models designed for sliding doors; however, we currently do not have locks available for double doors.

6. Is this compatible with Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit?No, our locks are not compatible with smart home integration. However, we do offer a few models that can be integrated using a gateway.

1. Can someone break into the lock easily?No. It’s more secure than traditional locks and resists forced entry attempts.

1. Is the lock weatherproof?Yes, the majority of our locks are designed for undercover use and are weather-resistant. However, they should not be exposed to direct rain or sunlight. We recommend reviewing the IP rating, as our locks are rated either IP64 or IP54.
